Our tournaments and events are open to all youth from Pre-K through 12th grade! Whether you're homeschooled or attend a public, private, or parochial school, you're welcome to join us - no matter where you're from in the USA.

Registration is free for all participants, whether
you're part of a team or playing individually! We welcome all players. Please pre-register
online and arrive by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.ROUND TIMES:
The first round begins at 9:30 a.m.
There will be three back to back rounds in total, with the final round expected to finish by early
afternoon.RATING SYSTEM:

Free admission for all participants
(Pre-K through 12th grade). Even if you're not part of a school team, you can join as an individual

Please bring chess sets, notation sheets, and clocks (not required).

Chess equipment will also be available for purchase on-site at discounted prices (even cheaper than online).

Parents may observe the tournament from a distance but are not permitted in the playing area unless they are a team captain.

This is an excellent tournament for beginners-no individual entry fee, no USCF membership required, and a relaxed atmosphere! It's all about having fun and practicing what you've learned.

Don't have enough players for a team? No problem! You can still participate as an individual.

Coaches:
We strongly encourage you to pre-register online to make
the tournament day run smoothly. Use the link above to sign up your team in advance! If you prefer
to register on-site, registration will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the
day of the event.The optional $90.00 annual team fee covers
the entire school year, including all three (3) Team Tournaments, and must be paid by the School
Club Chess Team Sponsor. This fee will be collected at check-in, and we accept cash, credit
cards, and checks. If your team has already paid the annual fee, there's
no additional cost to participate.Important Note: No team
will be turned away due to financial difficulties. If you're unable to pay the fee, please let us
know-we are here to help. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to make chess accessible to
all youth. We are committed to being inclusive, welcoming everyone with open arms.
