CHARLOTTE YOUTH CHESS CLUB

The Charlotte Youth Chess Club ("CYCC") is sponsored by the CMSCA, and is open to students of all ages and schools. Join us for afternoons of chess instruction, game analysis, problems, simultaneous exhibitions, small group workshops, individual tutoring and tournament play. The club emphasizes learning chess skills, thinking logically, and developing a love of the game plus outstanding character and sportsmanship. Past and current students include many state scholastic champions and a national scholastic champion! Open enrollment for Pre-K through Grade 12.

Join us for afternoons of chess at our new location at Johnson C. Smith University! The new central location is on a beautiful, secure college campus located near the center city of Charlotte. The JCSU library and other campus amenities will be available for you if you choose to wait. Campus map available at www.jcsu.edu.
