2008 SUMMER CHESS CAMP
The Charlotte Chess Academy will be offering our traditional full time summer chess camp this year. All levels are welcome. Activities include: non rated tournament games, speed chess, lectures, puzzles, simultaneous exhibitions, basketball, game room activities, and of course loads of fun!! All students should bring a lunch Monday-Thursday with free pizza being provided on Friday.
When: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday June 16-20, 2008
Where: Please note the new location - Myers Park Presbyterian Church 2501 Oxford Place Charlotte (right on Providence Road opposite the Harris Teeter Express)
How Much: $190.00 for the week (if postmarked by May 01), $195.00 (by June 01), $200.00 (after June 01) ($30.00 discount for 2 or more family members)
Prizes: Every child will receive a complimentary T-shirt. In addition to this, there will be several other prizes awarded.
